  • Do I pay sales tax if my items are being shipped outside of Florida?

No you only pay sales tax if your item is being shipped within the state of Florida or if you have chosen in-store pick up. If you enter an out of state address and are not charged sales tax at the time of the sale we will charge you for the sales tax when you pick up the item in our store.

  • Why is it still asking for my shipping address if I have chosen in-store pick up? 

Our web interface requires a shipping address even though the shipping option is in-store pick up. The item will not be shipped to the address you enter and we will hold it in the store until you pick it up. 

  • What if I need something shipped faster than UPS Ground?

If you would like to have something shipped in a way other than UPS Ground call us at 850-231-3940 to place your order over the phone. 

Return Policy

All furniture, lighting, and rug purchases are considered special order and therefore all of these sales are final.

For all other merchandise, returns are accepted as long as the item is shipped back to us within 7 days after the item is received. Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Damage Claims

If an item you receive is damaged, immediately document any damages to the packaging and item. Email pictures of the damaged packaging and/or product to bo@bohlertmassey.com. Damage claims need to be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Incorrect Order

If product you receive is not what you ordered, take pictures of what you received and send them to bo@bohlertmassey.com within 48 hours after delivery. A sales person from Bohlert Massey will follow up with you to determine the best way to return the item and have the correct product sent to you.
